Tess Robinson is a founder, investor, and creator whose work sits at the intersection of startups, capital, and sustainable living. Through FTB Capital, she invests in early-stage founders — and through her writing, speaking, and community work, she advocates for a smarter way to build.
With a background spanning critical care, fitness, art collecting, and animal rescue, Tess brings an unusually human perspective to the startup world. She speaks to founders the way founders actually think — practically, honestly, and without the polished pretense.
